Classic Climbing Party-DWN

WHAT WE PROVIDE 

• All equipment and staff necessary for climbing! 
• Private party room with tables and chairs. 
• All paper goods 
• Set-up and clean-up of party room 
• Access to refrigerator and freezer 

  WHAT YOU PROVIDE 

• Food and drinks. NO ALCOHOL. 
• Birthday cake, candles and lighter. 
• Something to cut and serve the cake!  
• OPTIONAL : decorations, balloons, etc. 
• Adult chaperons should monitor party participants as well as spectators to ensure safe and appropriate behavior. 

PARTY ROOM USE 

• You will have access to the party room the entire time in order to have your party all set up. 
• The party will climb the first 90 minutes and use the party room for the remaining 30 minutes. Climbers may not return to climbing after the party time.  
• Our staff will set up and clean up the party room but they are not responsible for food service during the party. 
• Please plan your party so that you are able depart at the scheduled time. 
• Use of party rooms is reserved for party packages only. 

STAFFING 

• Please inform us of any changes in the number of participants at least 5 days prior to your scheduled date. 
• If you do not notify us of changes at least 5 days prior and your numbers increase, then we CAN NOT guarantee the availability of extra staff. Therefore, you may not exceed the number of participants in your original reservation. 
• If you do not notify us of changes at least 5 days prior and your numbers decrease, then you will be charged for the number of staff you originally reserved. 
• Only climbers checked in for the party are permitted to climb. Open Gym time may or may not be available. 

PAYMENT 

• The appropriate deposit amount must be paid to hold a reservation. 
• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE 
• The remainder of payment is due on or before your event unless billing arrangements have been made with Management. 
• We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. 
• Adding tips is not available in our payment system. If you think you might tip, then please bring cash and give it directly to the staff. 

WAIVER FORMS 

• All minors (anyone under 18 years of age) MUST HAVE a waiver filled out by THEIR parent or COURT-APPOINTED LEGAL guardian prior to entering a climbing area or participating. 
• Hand-written notes and phone calls are not acceptable. 
• Any person without a form WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO USE THE FACILITY.
